10 Dec 2007- Spain's GRUPO TIRSO takes a mayor share in the company in a stepped process that will last during all 2009, ending with a total share of 45%.

29 Jan 2007- ERZIA innagurates new corporate image. The former company name ERZIA Technologies is changed to ERZIA Space and a new logo is innagurated.

1 Dec 2005- ERZIA releases its first commercial product, the SLE-4000 Satellite Link Emulators, directly derived from the developments made for the European Space Agency (ESA).

17 Nov 2005- SODERCAN a company of the Government of Cantabria, Spain, provides capital risk funding to foster ERZIA's presence in the European Space Market.

1 Nov 2005- ACV Consultans from Spain adquires 5% of ERZIA shares and joins to the General Managenement Board.

2 Oct 2005- ERZIA reaches a new milestone by receiving its first contract for the Space Segment, for providing RF power amplifiers for the LISA Pathfinder satellite.

31 Jan 2005- ERZIA innagurates new R&D facilities in Santander, Spain, with more laboratories areas.

26 Nov 2004- ERZIA receives award for innovative technology company by the Government of Cantabria, Spain.

15 Dec 2003- ERZIA receives its first big contract from the European Space Agency for the design and production of a Satellite Link Emulator for Satlabs certification.

15 May 2003- ERZIA innagurates its new location in CDTUC (Centro de Desarrollo Tecnológico de la Universidad de Cantabria, Spain)

6 Dec 2002- ERZIA Technologies is founded by former Ericsson employees
